Scott has lived in SW Florida for more than 25 years including South Ft Myers, Estero, Naples and Bonita Springs and has a vast knowledge of the area. Scott is one of only a handful of agents in all of SW Florida with a CSP designation (certified short sale professional) and is very experienced with all aspects of distress property sales, short sales and foreclosures. Scott also worked for a fortune 500 company responsible for all book keeping and property management before entering into the finance and real estate side of the business. With this back ground Scott brings to the table a great knowledge of sales and rentals.
